AD15 went dead today...

I'm not actually sure it went bad. All I know is that when I switched on the amp the rectifier lit up, but I saw no indicator light, got no sound, and the pre and power tubes were not lit. Then I looked inside and found the capacitor tweeked over to the side hanging off of the board with only one lead connected. I pulled it the rest of the way off, figuring I'd have to at least solder it back on, to get the information on it. I never could find that internal fuse you mentioned. What does it look like or can you see it in the picture? Thanks so much for all of this help. I will probably just take this to an electrician with some instructions. I'm still a fledgling at soldering and am a little shy of capacitors right now
