OK, so how good, exactly, is the AD15/12 when it comes to rocking out with a band? (Either just bass & drums, or bass drums & another guitarist) Stylistic specifics would be good to know, but even just for general rockin' n' rollin' ... does it cut the mustard? I've heard yes's and no's from dealers, wanted to ask some owners.

Well, it depends on some stuff. If it's just one guitar, you could probably get away with it provided the drummer isn't insane. The smaller the room the better I'd think. I know some guys with univalves (also 15 watts) and they have no trouble. Gigging with it would be fine as long as you're mic'd.

I have mine since it came out, and there was only one situation where it was too weak without an additional 4x12: LOUD session with drums, bass, hammond (overdriven Leslie), vocals

blues-rock style; if you need a really clean sound, get another amp...
