hm i'm kind of surprised at their guitar of the year. I have the 72 deluxe version. all in all its decent but the reissue WRHB pickups are not exactly outstanding (function following form). dropping them way down and adjusting the poles + 500k/1M pots helps a lot tho. as they come, quite mushy/muddy.

I did the exact same thing.. All that link did was give my incurable gas for the ehx cathedral. Why oh why did I sell my Grail/doesn't orange reverb sound like the spring setting?
