I saw Supergrass playing a festival the other day. A gibson 335 through a 140 TC/4x12. Massive sound...
One guy from the datsuns is playing an old one. (http://www.underexposed.org.uk/datsuns/datsuns2.htm) and check out the pics from travis : www.travisonline.com (click preview). He's playing a custum made 'slanted' 4x12!

The world is turning Orange, hehe

I saw The Mars Volta 2 nights ago...apart from musically being the most life-changing gig i've ever been to, the two AD140's Omar was using sounded part of the best i've ever heard a live guitar setup to sound (with the possible exception of Pink Floyd's Dave Gilmour). It was nothing short of phenomenal. You've got to love Orange amps.

Anyone looking to expand their musical mind shoudl check out The Mars Volta asap...

i saw mars volta a year or two ago. they opened for the anniversary at the 40 watt in athens, georgia. i thought they sucked, but what do i know. the anniversary sucked too, their first album was so much better than what they are doing now.

anyway, mars volta wasn't using oranges at that show. must have upgraded.

I saw Tina Turner - and think she had Ike somewhere on stage too, singing "River Deep Mountain High". It looked like the entire band was using Orange stacks (except the drummer, tee hee). And they were playing live. And they sounded great...<img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle>

To see a video featuring an Orange 1/2 stack, go to http://www.supersuckers.com. Check out the video for Rock and Roll Records Ain't Sellin This Year.

I saw Mike McCready of Pearl Jam using an Orange 4x12 cabinet on their '98 tour. I'm not sure if he is still using it or not. He tends to change things up a lot.

I just saw Reggie and the Full Effect live and their guitarist had an AD30HTC running through the Orange 4x12 cab. Cool show, cool gear.
