You might remember I've left for a while a few times before for similar reasons, so I do understand your feelings.

However, on balance this forum is still light years ahead of most in its friendliness. It's only a few people who are getting personal, don't let them spoil it for you!

Your contributions will be missed if you do go, and not just by the three people you mentioned!

It's your decision, but I would like to know I've appreciated having you here. You've always given good advice with a great attitude. I've noticed some of your frustration recently. Take a break, let it blow over, and make sure you come back because you will be missed. If nothing else, come back to give updates on what you are doing.

I hope I'm not one of the new punks stinking up the place. I'm just here because I really like Orange Amps and I want to learn more about them. I hope I can resist the urge to take it personally when someone craps on one of my posts. I have the same tendency to "take my balls and go home". Perhaps a cooling-off period is indeed in order. Maybe it's not my place to say.

Hopefully, this will strengthen everyone's resolve to avoid acting like a boner. We all should possess the ability to blunt our comments enough to keep them constructive - "It's all in the fingers".

Either ways, I agree with these folks, take a break, come back later. It's in my experience that people just can't resist forums that they spend a lot of time on. They have to have something drag them away such as life (college, family gets too busy, work hours increase) to the point that they have no time left for their favorite forums to stay away.

Having read the thread in question, I'd say the arrogant tone with your comments belies an attitude that has more to do with your lack of enjoyment on this forum than other users.

Have fun watching your fish tank or whatever you're going to do with your free time.
