did you ever record an e-guitar unplugged?

i did it with my highway one strat, because i play it the most time unplugged when i practise at home and i really love the sound.

now we made a song and recorded the guitar melody twice to double it.......and the result is a really weird sound which reminds me to a kind of mixture between a turkish saz and a sitar or so.....and i really like it.

the rythm parts are doubled with a western guitar....
