the only song that gets everyone swollen is "Livin' On A Prayer"

You can confirm this if you have ever been in a members-only style gym.

Have you never worked out in a place like the Y? Livin' on a Prayer hits the weight room rotation at least one time within your workout.

Pretty much anything by An Early Ending. The music behind the vocals is powerful to me. They are one of the only hardcore bands I actually listen to but it's more like a "metal band" with a hardcore singer... Jealousy Curve also has that effect. My band, also has a few songs that get me going. Talking Heavy Metal is one. Metal Machine is another.

Speaking of which, I told folks in another topic I'd post the new material when I had it. Both of the ones I listened are up, and so is another one called Sunset Justice.

Also check out the other two bands mentioned. Jealousy Curve doesn't have the songs I listen to most on there but you'll get the a feel for their music.

Hahaha, it's really funny you choose "Bed for the Scraping" because every time I've seen your signature since you put that picture of Ian and Guy rocking out, I think to myself, "I DON'T WANNA BE DEFEATED I DON'T WANNA BE DEFEATED I DON'T WANNA BE DEFEATED..."

If you really want to get assed up, listen to anything by a Steve Albini band. It's all so pissed off. Or any Minor Threat.

Other songs:
"Helter Skelter" by Duh...
"Here Come the Rome Plows" by Drive Like Jehu
"Cuts Like Drugs" by Hoover
"We On Some Next Level pile of poop" by As Friends Rust
"Warsaw" by Joy Division
"We Gotta Know" by Cro-Mags
"Baltimore" by Stephen Malkmus
"The Classical" by The Fall
"If Credit's What Matters, I'll Take Credit" by Hot Snakes
"Communication Breakdown" by Zep
"KICK OUT THE JAMS" by MC5
"Bone Machine" by Pixies
"Heaven and Hell" by The Who
"My Generation" by The Who
"No Life Singed Her" by Pavement
"Don't Call Me Tonight" by Tear it Up
