It seems that Man U has got more fans outside its own country then in the UK itself :)

I'm a United fan, always have been since my Grandad first got me into football (and it IS football NOT soccer :P).

I'd like to think we have a really good chance of doing the double again this year, especially with the team the way it is. I reckon it's gonna be a good match. Expect some fancy trickery with the likes of Ronaldo and Messi on the field. Might be a bit of rivalry between those two ;)

given the capacity of Old Trafford (76.312) they must at least have 763.210 then
:D

I'm half-Geordie, so I'm still feeling a bit sore when it comes to football... can't quite believe Newcastle have gone down :-( The only surreal silver lining being it'll mean I have more chances to see them near me next year - they'll be playing away in Plymouth and Bristol!!

Barcelona FTW

Alan Shearer did his best with what was a broken team. I only hope he stays on next season and rebuilds them into the Premiership side they can be.

I'll support Barcelona FC.
You should also check "Copa Libertadores". It's like the South-American version of the Champions. Some people says the South-American football is the best in the world. No money but very good football.

Go Man U!!
I've always been a fan of the english league, I think its the best football all over the world, much more fast and dynamic. I dont like the spanish one, too much showing off and not that great over all. For me its all about speed, talent and power when you wnat to watch a good football game.

P.S. I will be supporting Barcelona. I really respect that club for its ethics, the fact it is a supporter-run democracy, and only gave up advertising space on the club shirt for the first time recently - free, to Unicef. I wish all football clubs were run this way, for the good of the community - which was the original point of the sport. ManUSA are the antithesis of all that.

Even though I'm Man City, I'm going for UTD.

Just don't tell my dad
