Been GASing for one of these for a while now. Gotta tell you about the Tiny Terror: IT'S REAL FUN!!!!!

Great with pedals too. Gonna use this on my next gig, for real!

This is some ****age, quickly done with the laptop integrated mic (which is actually really bad) and some post EQ'ing in Spark. One clip is the 7W setting the other one the 15W which are quite different in feel and tone. Like em both.
Also done on really low volume but with gain and tone both dimed. Through my 1x12 Marshall with G12-65 Rola.
Ahhh yeah this is the BlackDog set equipped Epi Les Paul ...

Check out start something, die trying, and unhappy club

all are off our new CD we just got done recording. Lead and one rhythem guitar channel are using my orange RV50 through an avatar cab.. the other rhythem channel is a dual rectifier through a mesa cab.

The orange for the lead was dialed at

T - 1:30
M - 1:00
B - 11:15ish
G - about 12 o clock

we ended up adding some eq after the fact to pull it through the mix a little bit more, I guess I didn't have enough mids in there, but that was how we did it. It's one SM57 pointed at an angle at the cone of the Hellatone60 speaker.

the guitar was an american delux strat, and any effects you hear is through my boss GT8 that everyone on here hates.

Track1
I could do much more accurate than this, but I did like the attitude behind the playing so I kept it with all its mistakes - it's one take, no FX or anything, just

Pure mahogany Les Paul Special with BKP P types
through an RMC3 Wah
into the Tiny Terror
into 1x12 Marshall with original Rola 12-65
into Shure SM57

Track2
Just some clean playing, with Master on 10 and Gain on 2. Here I did add some reverb from Logic.

Here are some live AD30HTC clips from practice sessions with my group.

http://www.jflats.com/secrets/Ruxton%20 ... y%2003.mp3
http://www.jflats.com/secrets/Ruxton%20 ... d%2004.mp3

The left channel is a Marshall Jubillee through a 4x12 Ampeg cab.
I am the right channel with an Orange AD30HTC through an Avatar 2x12 cab w/Vintage 30s.

Both amps were mic'd with a Shure Sm57s running into an Art DPS II, then into a hard disk recorder.

Vox w/SM58, drums with 2xAKG C400, 2xSM57s.
Bass was DI.

The clean is brilliant. I love that playing. Add some vocals and some dark bass and you will have a masterpiece.

Been faffing around and recorded the following bluesy clip. It's was only a rough first take but I'm pretty happy with this tone so thought I'd share it with y'all.

Guitar was a PRS CU22 into a tubescreamer (low gain, high vol) into tape setting of a digidelay then into the AD15 with gain at 11:00, volume at 09:00 and tone controls all about 12:00.

Was recorded using a Line6 UX2, then into Ableton with no processing.

The backing track is a Larry Carlton style file from a Guitarist Magazine CD.

It's the one labelled Bluesy AD15...

Finally got around to slapping out a few Retro 50 clips.

The playing isn't great - I was having buffer problems with Pro Tools so I was just trying to get tones down. That said, I think the clips give a fair impression of this amp.

I prefer some dirt (and more) to my sound so I didn't do much with cleans other than a quick lame jazz progression that displays some touch sensitivity with the amp (beware - overdriven extended chords sound bad here).

Hope these prove helpful.

These were recorded with a Gibson 335 with stock 57's, with an SM57 straight into an 002R into Pro Tools LE. No plug ins, etc.

Cheers.

Hey Bink, nice playing and tones from your blues clip. If it's ok I'll add my efforts to the soundclips thread as well.

Here is my AD15/12 (in a full band mix) cranked to max, gain at around 1 o'clock, tone controls around 12 o'clock. Guitar played is a PRS Standard.
