In case you havn't seen my response...

Yes, changing the power tubes did eliminate the vibrating sound from my Cornford. One of the old tubes was making a much louder sound when shaken. Am quite pleased / relieved as I really like this amp.

That is great news.I was getting some rattling the other day and noticed my wife's wind chimes were sitting on top of a drum.They were setting off some weird vibs in the room on certain notes.I thought it was in the amp to start with.
