actually many healthy vegetables cause gas.

those kinds of food's cause anal leakage, diarrhea and high cholesterol (leading to clogged arteries), stroke, heart disease and diabetes.

he he he, i just looked to fast, and made a quick response

i saw "thisiswhyyoufart". yeah, this is why im fat my-self, i really need to lay off the fast food, its hard thou. im always on the run and trying to find some sort of decent lunch out-side the house is next to impossible in my area.

when i do cook at home i try for the most least greasy to make up for it, i eat boiled lobster allot, im lucky to have the main lobsters very affordable in my area, north of boston on the shore line. also white fish sauteed with virgin olive oil. sword fish is one of my favorites, right now i have a nice hunk sitting in my kitchen at room temp, im about to go and toss it on the skillet coated in black pepper corn. yesterday i had McDonalds for breakfast,, ahhhh

I'd become the most anorexic little girl after eating something like that... I'd just cry and feel like I murdered someone after I was finished and realized what I had done.
