I kind of lost interest in them around the time that everyone else seem to be falling in love with them--Dark Side of the Moon and the Wall were great and all but in 2009, God I'm so tired of them. It's not PF's fault...at this point in time, it's the stupid "classic rock" radio programmers who only play stuff from a couple PF LPs. Anyway, check this out. These guys were so very, very creative and arty when they came out. No one else like them back then, really.

I will likely get spammed, but Pink Floyd never did it for me.
Back then, Wishbone Ash, Hendrix, Jetro Tull, Fleetwood Mac and Cream did it
for me much more...Even Buffalo Springfield!

Ouch, that pie hurt! ;);)

I am still very much a David Gilmour fan. DSOM and Wish You Were here are my favorites, but I also like The Division Bell and On an Island. The Wall never did it for me.As far as the earlier stuff I like Atom Heart Mother and Meddle.

I owned the head for about 6 months,
IMHO the OR50 eats it alive...But that
is only my opinion, and until I got the
OR50 would have agreed with you 100%.

Isn't it cool how we are all different in our own
ways!

Keep rockin your RV50C it is one hell of an amp!

That seem to be what he does best.:?I can do without the dark sociopolitical Bulls--- material like Animals and the Wall, alot of Waters material. An interesting read for those who want to know is the book by Nick Mason the drummer of Floyd. It gives an understanding what went on inside the band.

meddle is one of my all time favorite albums. dark side is one of the top five albums ever made. no one can disagree with that and still have my respect for their taste in music
My name is Alex. I used to have an AD30HTC, but now I have an RV50 and PPC212.

Actually I don't own any PF records, but I did really dig them back in the Barrett days and early with Gilmour. I thought they were more unusual and arty before DSOTM, but that was indeed a great record...
