Epiphone is going to release two new amps

Epiphone Valve Junior Hot Rod ( 5 w, 2x12ax7, 1xel84, master, gain reverb )

and

Epiphone Valve Junior Senior ( 18 watts, 2x6v6, 4x12ax7, full eq, gain, master, reverb )

both looks very cool, i'm interested mostly in the Senior model - in UK it'll cost 235 punds ( street price ) - don't know about the States or rest of the world

I had the Value Standard when that came out, but sold it. For the price its not a bad amp... I still prefered pedals as the overdrive on the one i had though.

btw - the senior model will be direct competitor to the Tiny Terror i think

more options for less cash - i wonder about the tone

Those do seem pretty damn cool, I almost wish I would have waited but I love my valve jr. I just put nos tubes in it. I would still be interested in trying the new one out. Anyone heard a north America prices yet?

I love my valve jr, but I did change the stock tube to a milder one. I will also be looking for one of the seniors, they do look cool and at 18 watts should cover alot of ground.
