As far as I remember it's not true bypass but the EQ is. The problem isn't if the pedals are true bypass or not it's just that the signal simply deteriorates really fast in the loop. That's why the Boost'N'Buff works so well with the RV.

I've gort a fat boost which I think is better then the MXR line boost and Micro Amp that I had. Now I'm interested in the BB Preamp, I heard it in comparison compared to other boost/overdrives and I thought it did the best job.rojer007 wrote:i am looking for Any advice on the best solo boost to use with the new amp?
