Does anyone know if the 10" speaker
is 8 or 16 ohms? I'd like to put a
Celestion G10 vintage in it.....

Is it really worth the upgrade? I have a crush 15 and its a useable amp, but the money you spend on a speaker would be better spent on a pro-set up for your favorite guitar, or a new pedal to give you more sound options. I don't think a speaker upgrade will be very noticeable or money well-spent. The amps sound fine as they are, and the phrase "polishing a turd" springs to mind. Not that the amp is a turd (obviously), but its a solid state practice amp and it is what it is.

I wouldn't waste time or money on replacing the speaker in a Crush. You could have bought a completely different amp for the price of yours plus a speaker. I'd save that dough and blow it on something that will show results (new pickups perhaps?) or an Epi Valve Junior or AD5.
