Just got back from London. Amazing city -- completely blew me away.

Everyone was real nice, city is very clean and safe when compared with many American metro areas.

If you're interested in the pictures we took, they are here: http://www.kodakgallery.com/I.jsp?c=13p ... leid=en_US

Just click the Slideshow button, you don't have to register.

The weather was perfect. 60 F (so I guess that's about 20 C) all week, blue skies, no rain until a little drizzle the morning we flew home.

Glad you had a good time - you certainly got around. London looks great in the sun.

The building you describe as "some building near parliament" is one of the government ministry buildings. I think it could be the Ministry of War.

My name is Alex. I used to have an AD30HTC, but now I have an RV50 and PPC212.

Hahaha, yes, we went to Denmark Street, but it was at dusk so it was very photogenic!

I definitely feel for those of you in the UK... US-made guitar prices are inflated big time!

...especially in Denmark Street! But there's a great selection. When I was a kid I used to get really excited just being among that many guitars!
