so I had one of my DD-3 pedals up for auction and it sold this past monday...on the auction listing i stated (in red font, even) that payment was due within 3 days of the auction's close...it's now nearing the end of day 4 and i've sent an invoice on day one, and just an email to try and get in touch with the buyer now on day 4...to no avail...should I give the buyer the weekend to figure it out, or offer it up with the "second chance offer" to the bidders who didn't win?

I'd wait- ebay says you should sit tight for 10 days I believe... you never know- they could be out running a charity road race somewhere!:D

Yeah, I know what you mean. You have to give them the benefit of the doubt though...

I sold a pedal on ebay once and I stated in the auction I wanted payment within two weeks or I would re-list. I waited 3 weeks and within that time sent 4 notices for payment and never got anything. Reported the item unpaid to ebay and re-sold it. Then the guy leaves me negative feedback saying I re-sold the item on him. In your case I would wait it out a little longer. I've had my internet go down for week once.

Give it 6 days, then send an email that you will wait 24 hours and if no response you will sell to another buyer. Most of the time people pay and no issue.

You have to request a fee refund. Otherwise, with the feedback open, it will keep reminding the other guy to leave it.

Yeah, give him a little time, send an email again, and try to get his contact details through eBay.
