Most of the people realy like this mix (v30 and g12h), but I prefer two cabs of 1x12 of g12h. To my ears, mixing them toghether (v30 and g12h) "kills" the warmth of the g12h on the high end. The high end becomes too bright and brittle. IMHO, if the v30 had a little less effect (in the high end), it would be the perfect mix. I need to find a speaker which I can mix with the g12h and "move" the high end to the direction of the v30 but much closer to the g12h, without touching the low end, while the mid range is free to move a little *if that makes any sence*. Any suggestions? should I go for another g12h, or should I go for heritage g12h or alnico blue/gold?

It's not necessarily the high end on the V30 you mean, but the upper mid peak in the tone. The V30 doesn't really have an extended high end.
You just want a speaker without that upper mid peak... and i'd recommend a Century Vintage.
It's like a V30, but without that peak, a slightly more restrained crunch sound, and a sweeter clean sound.

Eminence Cannabis Rex and a Emi Governor replaced the V30/G12H in an Avatar cab I was using. Increased the volume and clarity. Works for me.

Really? I've tried the Emi CR & governor before and didn't really take to either of them. The Celestions I AB'd against them whooped their butts...

Joe........it's funny...........I was at Matamp last week and I tried a little Harry Joyce 20 watter that they had lying around.
I plugged it in to their speaker wall and try as I might to REALLY like something else.............I kept coming back to the Century Vintage!
I loved the Hot 100's too.......they were on a par.....but the Celestion Gold's,Blues,Vin30's,G12H's, G12M's and everyhting else didn't come close.
A direct A/Bing is the ONLY way to tell with speakers....and you could try 12 different speakers with the flick of a switch! Awesome!
Ended up bringing a 100 watt Hiwatt clone home to try out.....I'm a bit deaf now!:D
