pretty masked by production/effects, but the amp seems like it may be a JC-120 with that signature chorus maybe some flanger added in there. Thought eBow, compression, obviously distortion, even slide masked a bit by some post-tracking tweaks but I think it is just JC-120 or similar 80's chorus + slight flanging + distortion (definitely not from JC-120 if that's the amp!) + compression for the sustain.
