I've heard great things about T-Rex pedals, but I still would go for the Replica. The reason is simple.
The Memomy Man Deluxe is simple the best sounding delay pedal.
If I'd by another delay than that I'd go for the T.C. Electronics Nova Delay. The features in that one are amazing. Kind of gets me to want one, even though I have a MMD already.

I'm speaking out of my a$$. Yours might differ.

It is not possible to time pitch on the replica, and that is why I sold mine, but if you don't time pitch, it's probably the best delay out there!

Magnus, what did you get instead?

I have a replica and I highly recommend it. It seems to be a great balance between analog and digital. You get the longer delay times of digital with the warmth of analog. I tried the T.C. Nova Delay and found it to sound harsh, even with the filter set to "analog" ... I'm guessing because the direct signal isn't filtered. I suspect that the Replica mixes the delayed signal with the analog direct signal using an analog mixer, so the direct signal is never digitized. Its amazingly transparent.

I like the Replica.Haven't found anything yet that replaces it except the TTE and who wants to bother with that.

At the moment I use the Boss RE-20, and this is an amazing pedal! I love it, but when the Fulltone SSTE come out, I will probably change to that one.

That is:
A) a great price for a Replica
B) a great pedal for delays
C) can fetch more than $250 on the used market in Canada
D) this means you should buy it because it's awesome.

If you listen to the song Sweep on my myspace, the delay on the guitars and the rhodes is the replica, except the delay on the solo guitar, that is the Fulltone TTE

correction

Maxon AD999 is the best delay on the market.
followed very quickly by:
TC Electronics Vintage Delay/Trex Replica (they are the same box)

The Tap tempo is cool. Just remember to reset the T Rex every time you power up the board.
