Allison Krauss and Union Station is about the best I have heard. I generally hate bluegrass about like I do rap so ,I guess I am not the one to ask.

Not entirely sure what Blue Grass is but Greg Graffin, singer of 'Bad Religion', had a great solo album out called 'Cold as the Clay', some really lovely American folk songs done on traditional instruments.

Two free samples of the Greg Graffin album on Epitaph website, if you like Bad Religion, obviously it's a must have.

Wait for the banjo to come in on this, sounds so lovely plunking away to the side.

This is an excellent album that pays tribute to a lot of great bluegrass music plus it has Robert Plant joining Alison Krauss. Killer tunes.
