Everytime I mention that band to people around here they just give me a weird face and say, "Who?"

You've pretty much seen the cream (pardon the pun) of the classic rock crop, huh?
I've seen Tull a few times in recent years. they really rocked w/ the violinist (little Gypsy girl, I can't remember her name). My name comes from the back of Aqualung - Jeffrey ian Evans. yeah, my dad was a huge fan.

The White Stripes came to my home town, but I was too stupid to go. That would have been amazing. They apparently showed up at a local bowling alley to bowl after the concert. Apparently they're really cool people.
Amps: Orange TH30, Mesa Boogie Mini Rectifier, Eleven Rack, Peavey Vypyr Tube 60.
Guitars: Gibson Les Paul Standard LE (Manhattan Midnight blue), Greco white LP, Burny honeyburst LP, PRS Torero.

<br />3EB in a small place ~350 people at the UofI in 2004.
Stephen Jenkins got in a fight with GF Vanessa Carlton.
I watched him scream into his cell phone then throw/smash it into the wall.
Then he came on stage told us they were gonna play all the songs a little louder and a little faster tonight,
because he was pissed at his girlfriend.
The show had SO much energy.
Every song killed.
----------------------------
Only show that comes close to that for me was watching
Emery & Anberlin in the same venue at the UofI in 2006.
Great sets played, lots of energy.

I really like 3EB...very under rated band. Blue is an awesome album!

JackoMBA,
A few year ago my oldest daughter had got tickets to the White Stripes as a a gift for me and her could go when I got home from the desert. My first though was, huh, but since she has spent allot of time with me seeing all kinds of music and she was interested, I said oh why not.
Went and saw them at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia MD and I must say, it was a very good show and I was very impressed. Going with the daughter and sharing here joy, made it even better.

Don't piss on my back and tell me it's raining.
I would have loved to have seen the doors.
