Step Filter?

Hey guys- is there anything out there that gives this sort of sound in a stomp-box format? Basically some sort of "step filter" kind of sound?

thanks guys- looks like the moog is the a real viable option. seems a little pricey though. can't believe theres nothing else out there.

Boss makes a phaser with a step function. It sounds pretty cool.

Zvex SeekWah would do it too...thats what I use anyways. its a fun and cool effect, thats for sure.
