Guitar>>tuner>>volume pedal>>amp

Though, lately i've been using a treble booster (always on, sitting on the top of the amp).

I have never been a pedal user. I keep going thru phases where I need to convince myself to use them, but in the end, I still just go straight in the amp.
Although at home I play around on pedals. But recently, I have incorporated a wah in my lineup, and, with the tt, a maxon 808.

since i got my BFG im thinking of loosing them, maybe just one boost on one side and a TU-2 to divide my signal to both amps.

so yeah, if do this, its gonna be a Zvex Super hard on and a Boss TU-2. i don't even use the tuner to tune, believe it or not i don't even know how it works? HAhah!!

I just recently traded and sold ALL my pedals to get my MIJ strat back and a new Fender Blues Deluxe.
I now have NO pedals and I have to say, while am totally loving my custom guitar and my new Blues machine...
I am still missing my MI Audio Boost, my Barber compressor, and my MXR Eq the most...

I plan on putting my pedal board back together when I get some $$$.

I would never give up using my tuner though, under any circumstances. Being able to mute the guitar with a push of a button is priceless IMO.

I'm speaking out of my a$$. Yours might differ.

I think I will always have a fetish for pedals. I think it adds thickness and body to my clean sound. And it is the cherry ontop of cake with my dirty when used right. I'm an addict for all things guitar.

i find that pedals for the most part rape my amps of there natural "thickness and body" but i do like them so i just deal with it.

I don't typically use pedals....

But then I think, "I'd really like a Phase 90 right about now."

And then I think, "A wah would really make this part cut."

And then I think, "An OD would really make this solo scream."

And then I think, "I hate all these pedals," and toss them in the corner.

And then I think, "I'd really like a Phase 90 right about now".

Pedal love/hate is a weekly event for me.

That said, I almost never gig pedals live. They never sound as good at live volumes as they do in your practice room, and the difference in tone can throw off my groove/mood.

My set up; Guitar into TU-2, into Ibanez TS9, into Morley Bad Horsie Wah, into Amp (TT). My tone comes from my amp and the speakers, and of course the guitar. Not a pedal. The TS9 is used for a lead boost only, not to get a certain sound.
