I pulled an idiot move!....

Okay here's the scoop...
I blew my Orange ad30htc's main fuse I think its the T500mA
I ordered replacements however they were D500mA!!(I still don't know the difference)

(Here comes the idiot move)
I replaced it with the D500mA
Power up!
It was working for a while than it just stopped working.
I quickly turned it off.
Months later (yesterday) I finally got a T500mA fuse, replaced...and nothing. The orange power light was on but there was no output.
What is the extent of this damage?
Any comments are welcome and appreciated
