Both the pedals are going back.....I will voice my(IMO) issues/problems with these stompers.

<u><font size="3">POG</font id="size3"></u>
1.Sounds OK, but not $200 OK....if you get my drift.;)[:p] The Boss super octave was smoother(less digital artifacts) IMO.

2.Will only accept a boss type adapter.(I hate that) It will run from my fuel tank JR, but is super noisy.

<u><font size="3">Clone Theory</font id="size3"></u>

This thing has an unusable volume boost no matter how it is set!!!! Sounds good, but I can't use it.

Yeah, a lot of EHX pedals are VERY hit or miss.
EH English Muff'n = Awesome.
EH Big Muff Pi = Fantastic.
EH Metal Muff & double muff = dreadful...

Sorry, but I am glad you bought them from somewhere where you can return them.

I may get a full Boss modulation setup going.[:0] For some reason Boss has never failed me as far as modulation is concerned and I like the way they buffer. I'll probably get the Phaser, flanger and chorus ensemble and be done with it. They may not be the most spectacular pedals ever made, but they'll do the job I need them for.;)

I am just sick of trying pedals and being disappointed.:x:o:x[:(!]

I looked at them Hugh...they seem cool. Only problem is this quote....."Power Jack---Use only the included Damage Control power supply to power the Glass Nexus". haha!

Mark,
The POG is usable, but I can't get past the xtra adapter and DIGI-artifacts for that price.:)

ok i know i will get a good bash in the chops for this one but.....i think amps and effects are like wives and girlfriends.....
amps=wives
effects=girlfriends
1.if your wife isnt doin' it for ya and you need a grilfriend your probably with your wife for the wrong reasons
2.some guys have a bunch of girlfriend and dont need em' they could be completely satisfied if they learned how to treat their wife.
3.younger guys have a tendecy to want the complication of girlfriends on the side as you get older you realize your wife is really all ya need,if she faithful and dependable ....
4.all the girlfriends are just a hassle that only serve to complicate the nice simplicity of the one on one relationship.
5.sometimes you get rid of your amp thinking you can find something better only to realize you gave up a great thing(lol,lil reversal there)
i dunno just my take;)

I just tend to be a minimalist when it comes to pedals...I believe that 90% of my sound should come from guitar>amp>how I play.I could conceivably get a Glas Nexus,and a great overdrive/booster pedal,and be done!

Thanks Andy. It's good to have your opinion. I still gotta try one on my own (it might be usable in my situation). But now I know what to lookout for.
