OT: How do I ask..

..a beautiful girl to have the leading role in our music video when she has to kiss my in the video?
(I don't have a particular girl in mind at the moment)

-There is going to be this party and at the end of the video we kiss.

First of all, it will take hell lot of guts to say this to a stranger girl, and secondly, would she really say "Oh sure, that's fine"

I get nervous just thinking about this conversation.

You need to approach it more professionally. If you disclose that you're going to have to "kiss" at the end of the video - well, it just sounds like a come on. Also - you should be searching for an "actress" not a girl for your video. there are lots of girls out there dying for acting experience - even if it's in your video - so they can have some experience on their resume. I think that kissing ion a music video is not out of line or unexpected - so no need to act like a puberty ridden kid and mention it right off the bat, IMO.

It's acting - you're not trying to cheese the hottie into being your girlfriend, right? And it's a kiss, not a bj, right? Think of how many people get asked to do much more compromising things and still say "yes". I'm guessing you'll be just fine. Hell, try and enjoy it!

Greg is right.

Why don't you place an ad for the part you want to be played?
Then you will have some casting but you won't have to ask a specific girl in person, which you are right and would be awkward.

I would actually tell her it's a BJ scene to be shown on european versions of the video, but it has to be done right so we need to practise type of thing, then just find someone else to be in the video.
