<br />Not fair, you just make the ones you want :-P I bet if Mark hadn't tried them and posted here, the Biyangs would have been panned hard.

Haha, I'm not cool enough to make them from scratch yet, still working on knowing that much about them. I can make things from designs I find on the net. But I've got a few designs that are cooking...slowly simmering....

Digitech!! boss metal zone is another one i cant stand, but out of all the "metal" pedals i have heard, it's sadly one of the better ones.

any "metal" distortion pedals
anything Digitech

Most multi effects pedals just lack tone. Instead of being really good at one thing most of them are really crappy at a ton of things.

Most pedals don't really turn me on. The list of pedals that I DO like would be a better option. A few EH pedals, a pedal or two that Zvex makes, various wah pedals, and the original Digitech Whammy. I use them sparingly, however, as to not ruin a good thing.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say I disagree about Digitech! :D Whilst some of them (well perhaps most) suck tone - my RP20 whilst a good multi effects processor and pre-amp, kills the tone on tube amps, the digitech digidelay I have is actually very true sounding and also very quiet.

I cringe when I hear people mention the Marshall Jackhammer. Never liked mine at all.

I pretty much agree with you all, but I'm here to defend the Boss DS-1! I got one when I was 14 and have since spend a fortune on overdrive pedals, but I always end up back on the DS-1 (altho atm I'm using a SD-1, but I'll prob end up back on the DS-1 soon enough).
