In addition to the Orange OR50 reissue, we'll be offering a 40th Anniversary 412 Cab.

I don't have a release date or price just yet, but I do know the cab features Celestion Heritage G12H speakers and will have a post running from the center of the baffle to the back panel. The cab will also have gold beading and an additional 40th Anniversary logo in the bottom right-hand corner.

These cabs sound a LOT like the original Orange cabs from the 70s.

Enjoy...

We should be selling them online soon. So in typical Orange fashion they should be available in 2009.

Just kidding. We're relaunching our Web site within the next couple of months and they should be available then.

you're making my wallet hurt alex. i'm planning on getting the or50 and wasn't sure what i was going to do about a cabinet. i was leaning toward an avatar due to my budget, but this new orange cab is very tempting. which g12 will be in these cabs? mediums? heavies? 75's?

also, is there any more information you might be able to share with us about the or50?

Alex, I've got a OR50 on order from my Orange dealer, the 412 cab sounds nice but how about a 40th anniversary PPC212?

Alex,

I seriously would love to get one of the 40th Heads, since there appears to only be 40 to be made, how does one go about to get their order in so that they can aquire one? Should I contact you and make arrangements to send the hold money?

Also may sound strange but since they are going to name them after ladies, would also be interested in seeing if I do get in on the 40, if they will put the wife's name on (since she is the ulitmate bank approver).

Any info that you may or can point me to, would be greatly apprecaited.

Thank you

That 4x12 sounds tempting. I have been using 2x12's but that 4x12 is more than tempting. Might just have to order one. Its good to hear that Orange is redoing its website.
