for me the best is Discovery - great, great record but you won't hear many guitr sounds there :)

here are some tracks from it ( each video clip tells part of the whole story )

Alive is great; I enjoyed how they molded songs together. Although, they don't really use guitars often...or rather, it doesn't have a big part in their songs...

they put out a cool live album last year.

i don't think they use many guitars on albums. theres that video of them with an orange amp, but that song is mostly samples from Breakwater "release the beast".

Was this the one you meant? This is off the album Human After All (2005).

They're a great singles band, and I think they've got a Greatest Hits comp out

I'd agree with zombie youth revolt Discovery is probably their best. But, Homework and Human After All are both great too!

Discovery is upbeat and Homework is more stripped away. I would suggest Discovery because it's more accessible. Daft Punk processed their guitars and compresses the hell out of everything.
