effects tips...readings

cant believe so many people are interested in effects posts.
i dont think ive ever owned any effects in my life. im more of a plug in and play kind of guy. am i the only one, or are there more of you out there?<img src=icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle>

Essentially, I'm a plug and play guy by nature, but I play for my church. We often play popular contempory Christian praise and worship music. If the song originally has got wah in it, I put wah in it. Same with reverb or whatever else the song is identified by. My personal style of music is progressive metal where I like no effects, but tube amp overdrive. Can't beat it.

If a volumepedal is no effect than iam one of you guys.....i play postnuclearrock...or stoner...maybe some progressive stuff....

Why is an ORANGE, orange? If it would be Green it would be an apple....
