I GOT MY JAZZMASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(well kinda...) i got a picture of it in my stocking as an I.O.U. as its in the mail somewhere... man my parents rock! and i was honestly tottaly shocked, i had no idea they were guna do that...!

one a side note its the ocean blue one... i wanted the seafoam green but they got the blue and who am i to complain? the blue is sweet too!
<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote">
Awesome! For Christmas 4 years ago I got my Jazzmaster, mine's the same colour. If you haven't seen one in person, it looks waaaay better than the Seafoam Green I promise, the internet photos don't do it justice.

As for myself, I got a capo for my 12 string and a new strap, it's red with some late 60s/early 70s looking paisley kind of flowers, pretty neat. Sadly, no Janglebox under the tree, my mom thought I needed new clothes more.

<br />I am getting a Dave Smith Instruments Evolver analog synthesizer. I am very excited for it to arrive.

Merry Christmas everyone!!

Ohhh I'd love one of those. desktop, mono or poly version?
<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote">

I am just getting the desktop. I'd really like the MEK for the extra control but it's just too expensive. It will be a perfect addition along side my Alesis Micron and Korg MS2000R. Analogue!!! : )
<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote">
I thought the Evolver had digital oscillators in addition to Analog ones. I've wanted one of those forever, but I need something with some polyphony first. I just have a Korg EA-1 mkII, it's okay, but not great.

And the dremel is awesome! I wouldn't dare scallop any necks though, I don't know if I even like those, and I'd botch something up for sure. Maybe I can practice on my crappy guitar.

Well, Merry Christmas everyone. Mine has been terrible. My mother and her "boyfriend" announced they're getting married today at the family dinner... to be honest, I'm pretty pissed. She's definitely traded down on the whole spouse thing. That and I'm still trying to work things out with my lady and it seems I'm just digging a deeper hole. Christmas is just a depressing time...

I bought my Marshall JCM 800 a few weeks ago and I asked for my Christmas money early to purchase it (although the bulk of the cash came from my pocket). So technically the dinner was my gift. I'm not ungrateful either, but things just aren't going my way the past few months and this holiday sh!t isn't helping anything.

On a side-note, I'll probably be selling my stack and buying something smaller because I may be moving to Florida (which is another thing I'm not really psyched about). So much going on... it's too bad I can't go back in time and change things. Best wishes to you all and Merry Christmas, friends.
