Orange or Lemon?

I've been offered the chance to acquire a s/h amp which has been mothballed in a barn for a few years at least. From the photos, the head looks as if it might be called "Overdrive Series Two". The cabinet looks slightly odd - more of a bin than a cab - and is badged "Orange EV".

Can anyone tell me anything about the above items and what they might be worth (both in good condition)?
