Any comment on the power of the AD30R combo? I'm a little comcerned about only 30 watts of power. I really want one, but if I'm gonna pay the price, I'm gonna want to play small to medium sized gigs with it. I play blues and blues-rock, nothing ultra high gain or volume, but I'm still worried.

What is everyone's thoughts? Any comments greatly appreciated!

I have the twin channel 30 watt combo. It's easily as loud as a 50 watt Marshall- I use it in the b and and I have a ways to go before I run out of volume.... Billy

A 50W amp is only about 2.2dB louder than a 30W amp. Also, the Orange is class A so it will be perceptively louder than a similar 30W class AB 2x12. If you ever do need extra volume, which you probably won't, just add a 2x12 cab.

You should have plenty of volume.

Thanks for the help! One more thing, how much extra volume will an extra 2x12 cab add

I'm not sure you'll get any extra volume by adding speakers. It may get louder before the speakers begin to break up but since your not adding any power, where is the extra volume is going to come from?

Well, pushing more air will probably seem like more "power".
