I've really been wondering about the Orange company. I mean, they have people who come to work everyday, right? 8-5, Mon-Fri. What do they do all day? There's still no picture of the AD30TC head or combo on their own website, for example. There's also some bass cabinet with no picture yet. These products have been out for a while, I assume. The internet is full of pictures of those. Doesn't anyone at Orange own a digital camera? Scanner? No footswitches. No manuals. No pictures. No amps delivered yet to people who've paid for them. It's like the company is run by one person who also has a day job.

Just a thought as I wait for my AD30TCH and PPC212 cabinet to arrive....

I think you're close- there aren't a lot of Orange people and I think that there are a lot of hats worn by the folks who work there. Cut them some slack- they're producing the best sounding amplifiers on the planet IMHO and if it takes them a while to get a picture on their website....... ehh. I can live with that. They're quirky- I like quirky but when I have needed any information or service, Jason at Orange USA was right there to help me out. I was blown away by the care and quality of service by Orange USA and I truly believe that they are going above and beyond to dispel the old ways that Orange dealt with customers.

As far as the time it takes to get product here, let's just say that when I was in England in August for my friend's wedding, I got tired of lugging my garment bag, suit, dress shoes, etc around so I mailed them home surface for, yikes, 43 quid. That was on August 19th- I still haven't seen my suit..... Billy
