It was an OLD 50 2x12 watt combo. Pretty beaten up and tatty but a monster amp. It only does one sound, but its bloody good at it. I had both the pre-amp and the master maxed out in the studio and was rockin’ out for a while :D. In the neck of my Les Paul (coil tap on), I got some beautiful crunchy(ish) clean sounds. Great for those soulful, slow bluesy licks. The bridge humbucker had Pete Townshend written all over it. It was fun while it lasted.
hi, i'm ross. i'm 16 and i live in north london. i have rocker 30 combo and a Gordon Smith Gypsy 2 in black.
finally a sig i can be proud of!!

How did you manage that?
My bandmate has one (2x12 50watt JMP, master volume), and it is the loudest mother f'r I've heard. My 50 watter can't keep up with this.

those amps ROCK, its so awesome that they are still rather fair on price as they really do sound like the shaping of rock. I'm sure in the near future these amps will sky-rocket in price.
iv never been so happy with my playing, this is my second. the first one i had was the 100w master lead with a master volume, this one I have now is the Super Lead 100w with no master. I also just got a 1981 2204 JCM800 50 watt master, it should be here Thursday.

I had a fawn 50 watt 2x12 -- it was a beast. Great sound, especially when I could crank it. However, after the second time the darn handle broke on me while I was lugging it, I traded it.
I couldn't afford a wheeled case for it at the time. Now, I wish I had the thing back -- absolutely one of the greatest amps I've ever owned/heard/played.
