If anyone on here works for Orange could you please tell whoever answers your emails to actually answer them. Ive asked 3 times now how i go about getting a new black metal grill thingy for the top of my Rockerverb combo (the one i got is bent from when i got it). You put my ecc83's and 82's in the wrong slots last time so at least you can answer my emails!

Sorry everyone else had to read this!

Whoa, whoa, I know, it sucks not being answered, but hold onto your horses. They love you, they just don't like e-mail. Call them (use Skype for cheap calling rates if that's a concern), they'll work with you. I've heard nothing but goodness about calling them (and I've heard nothing but bunk on the e-mail side of things)

I've called them on a tech issue and they've been nothing short of friendly and helpful.

Jimbo, they almost never read most of these posts. Give them a call, they've been very accommodating & helpful whenever i've called.

Equally the preamp valves can go in any preamp slots... there is no right and wrong.

When my TT wasn't being delivered I e-mailed them and got a response straight away. Then when I got the TT, I told them and again they acknowledged (not aut reply) immediately.

But they were even better on the phone.
