I can do one for rectifier replacement. Due to the fact of the whole pin situation (more than one missing) and the central hole being the guide?

Well those pictures look great to me - ace stuff there Dave.!
Just a couple of thoughts for handy hints for those tube replacement 'tutorials':

1/ I find when removing and replacing tubes using a slight circular rocking motion as you pull / push is more effective then a straight pull / push.
2/ In case of any bent pins on valves, don't try straightening them by hand as you may crack the glass base. Instead try using the hole in the tip of an empty ball point pen.

These both work well for me anyway.

Only dimly aware of existence, a dimly existing awareness...

You get a wonderful view from the point of no return.

"slight circular rocking motion"

Yer that’s true, but i was just trying to be careful with my words as i don’t want some one shaking the living daylights out of one trying to get it out. There with Billy / Jason now so maybe they could modify it with a slightly better phrase.

Billy, I’ve just sent you a rectifier and chassis removal. You and Jason can decide if you want to use the chassis removal because i can see this might be encouraging things that shouldn’t be done!
As I said ive got some good pictures of the electronics, so you could do a kind of “This is what is under the chassis, so you don’t have to do it on yoursâ€

Actually the amps haven't been made in the Trace Elliot factory for a couple of years. At the time Trace was owned by Gibson but Trace went bankrupt I believe. UK Orange amps are now manufactured by an independent firm who build the gear on our behalf. They're technically a different company, but we work so closely together, that you could consider them as much a part of Orange as any of us. I've heard they employed many of the old Trace employees and some of the Celestion ones.

Our sales director in the UK, Damon is also an ex Trace Elliot employee. It's a small industry!

You should get someone at the factory to take a few photos of the place, it will be cool to see where these beasts are born!

Yeah, there is some tinkering happening on the site. Didn't really keep my name secret... probably more I can't be bothered to put it on the end much!

You're up to Notts also? Sound! Give me a shout if you arrive, we can have a jam at some point, or you can come see my band if we can be arsed to get any gigs.

Was a nickname, nothing more... note the bit under my name saying "United Kingdom". I am half-Irish though, my dad came from Swords.

Oh, and lots of family dotted around the place in Ireland, mainly in the south, and Co. Tyrone.

Man, we are running out of time fast! Everything we're doing is super cool, but it's taking longer as a result... Well, we're not going to be able to launch with as much new content as I'd like, but hey, I'm sure you guys will be happy to see what we've done already after so long without any activity what so ever!

The new site will probably go up around 9pm EST tomorrow (Thur 21st)
