The last four digits of the AD series serial numbers tell you the month and year it was made. For example 1564-06-03 was built during June 2003 (O6-03).

So what about these that B. Claire owns:

AD30TC 30TC-46-301 bought in 2002
Orange AD140TC- OR140-73-301 bought in 2001

I just noticed the USA cabinets don't have the date built in to the serial number... I'll get on that!

jason,
i just bought the rockerverb 50 head and its being shipped as i write this. ive heard that only the orange brand footswitch will work for it and im wondering if the rumor is in fact true. i had my dealer order one (the footswitch) but its on back order so ill get it probably 2-3 weeks after the amp, so i need to know if another footswitch will do since i have gigs to play during the waiting period. thank you.
