Hi Dave- list is up there- somewhere around $5600 I think but retail price ends up around $3200-3400 if I recall. Not bad though for a completely handmade guitar from the custom shop. Wish I had the dough for one myself... I did see one go on ebay recently for $2900 which was a steal. They are a true hollow body but no feedback howl since the back of the guitar is carved but the inside of the back is flat so no sympathetic vibrations. Also 25.5 inch scale length. Awesome guitar...

John's also the reason that I am into Orange. Back in his earlier band, The Streets (pre the UK band and also toured with Aerosmith), John was using two full OR120 Orange stacks. Unbelievable sound...
Later on, when he and I had a band together in 1989, we bought the 1978 Orange OR80M heads brand new that had sat in a warehouse for quite a few years. John also got three of these weird 2X12 with tweeter speaker cabs- two orange and one black tolex. Strange cabs... probably for keyboards, I bet.

speaking of Johnny, he's at the Borderline in London on May 27th, for all you UK folks. Incredible guitarist....

One question... (No offence to Johnny A) WHY ALWAYS LONDON!
Tell you what, England / UK doesn’t revolve around London. I would say that the majority of music in the UK originates from around the north; Manchester, Liverpool etc…
(A pointless fact, but I’ve heard Liverpool have had the most chart number 1’s per person, than anywhere else in the UK.)
So why do artists when doing one off visits to the UK, go to London? Come up north, or at least to Birmingham!
At least in Birmingham (central Britain), everyone has equal travailing distance. And isn’t ultra expensive to stay over the night there!
Just my 2cent!

To Americans, the UK is London. Not me, but the press is going to be more in London and if you're doing a one-off gig, London is the place to do it...
I'm going to try to convince him to do more in the UK but he's going to need support from radio and the press- he did get great reviews in TGM and Guitarist this month...

London is the only place with the really huge venues, but it's also got the established places on the gig circuit like Brixton Academy and Shepherd's Bush Empire.
Let's put it this way... why would you want to stay in Birmingham? And apart from the Super Furry's and a couple of uni gigs, i'm not sure bands ever really get out towards Wales much. Or do they?
Don't tell me the best way, just tell me the cheapest way...
