Absolutely do, Libtech! :) I think there's plenty of demand, and yours' looked amazing! The more the merrier! I think I will go forward with this and list them on Ebay. I've spoken with the local dealer for Orange and he thinks I would be kept busy filling his customers' needs.
I've just been to Home Depot and priced out the wood and stuff. My target is an all orange-tolexed first run of 20 for the Tiny Terror. With vents and black corners and handles. They'll be on ebay, and I'll post when they're ready.

Did you order the Vox/Hiwatt Orange tolex, or the Mojotone Rough Orange?

Actually I don't have a terror, I was going to see if anyone had a broken one they wanted to donate or lend me or something. But thats fine, Im sure jeepcasters will turn out great! And compatition is BAD! (for me anyways) since I'm in Canada and my cost is quite a bit higher due to shipping fees!

I got the Vox/HiWatt Orange Tolex. It seems to be what some of the speaker cabinet guys use. As near as I can tell from their ebay items, anyway.

You should post up the build progress so we can see what we would be getting :D I am interested in a bare cabinet for a Dual Terror also if you end up making them as well. I can get you measurements (or CAD) if you need them.

I decided since I have a few people asking if I will build one of these bad boys for them, if I can get a min of 10 people interested I'll do one more batch! Pm for prices/pics etc! Let me know what options you'd want as well (top vent, matching back plate) since they will cost a little more. I'll be building these for the terror or the dual terror :D

7-ply. It's one of those things that you gotta remember isn't a tone factor. It's not a speaker cabinet, it's a shell for an amp that comes in a metal box, and it will remain in that metal box, inside this shell. :D I can do pics while in progress.

Great to hear that "The Master" Libtech will be back in business, as well!! 8)

My vent source is dried up, or at least back-ordered at two locations. I've decided to make the vents a bit differently. I am a metal fabricator by trade, so I will use expanded metal and make oval grates in the top that will flow better than the marshall type vents, and will look a bit different from other's. I will route an oval shape and finish it off with a tolex wrap, like on the back panels of many amps, and then screw the black metal grill from the inside, under the top.

I'm gonna step back and let Libtech do his thing, and I'll aim for ebay with mine, but I will let you guys know when I've got some ready.

I usually just lurk around here but jeepocaster, I'm watching this topic and will order when you complete 'em! My nylon TT case doesn't have straps any more so this is perfect timing...
