Adding Neutrik jacks to Orange OB1-300 head? Possible?

Post by BrianFantana » Tue May 21, 2024 4:13 pm

Hello folks! Long time no talk / see!
Has anyone on here successfully added Neutrik (+ 1/4" in the middle) jacks to their Orange OB1-300 head?

It'd be nice to have options between Neutrik and 1/4 speaker cables.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Brian,

This should probably be in the (even busier) tech section…

Do it. Have them on a couple of amps, well handy. (As are Speakon —> jack cables)
Though for anything much above 300W I’d def. stick to Speakons, much larger electrical contact areas than jacks.
