Don't ask me why but one time I looked up Amazon.com reviews of a Shania Twain album.

The 'reviews' were from women who sounded as if they were ordering from a McDonald's drive-thru:

1 - good starter I always listen to this one
2 - kind of a slow ballad I skip this one
3 - good beat I sing along to this one
etc.

The sad part was I could just imagine one of these women puttering along in their Dodge Neon or similar with the Mardi Gras beads or plastic lei hung over the mirror and a CD storage sleeve over the sun visor that contained the sum total of their recorded music collection.

THESE are the people you see at weddings and parties who are on pins and needles waiting for The Electric Slide to be played so they can get up and demonstrate their complete lack of rhythm.

The music is garbage, yes, but the guy can at least sing...so I don't agree with the "zero talent".

While it's not my cup of tea either, I think it's a bit harsh to say he has zero talent. He can sing, at least. But whether or not the Oranges were actually being played, it wasn't something I'd ever want to hear again.
