custom shop ad5 no 20 of 64

Someone in my town has a custom shop ad5 signed by Ade no 20 of 64 and I was wanting to ask what you think it would be worth? Interested in it but as its limited I wondered how much they are worth compared to a regular one. Here's 2 pics, I know not great but more wanting to know about price and wha...

Re: 2 x HNGD :)

Not got many guitars now, Squier Epi lp Epi es333 Yamaha acoustic gretsch Jim dandy. Had the Gibson lp special but let it go after getting the es333 as that guitar had the balls I was looking for with just one humbucker. The p90s were good but One dirty fingers pickup was so dirty and gritty it is a...

Re: 2 x HNGD :)

No marshall jmp1 and a marshall pa cab from the 70s. The epiphone plays really nice, great feel, pickups are OK but a bit flabby in the lows and not much in the highs but OK for now. Neck pickup is quite nice and generally a good guitar and quite thick sounding. Only got the tele today and it plays ...

Re: guitar setup for pinch harmonics

Thanks for the replies. The humbucker is screwed to the body so I may have to deal with pole adjustments. I made the action higher as it was so low was getting buzzing and extra notes I wasn't playing. I guess my technique is ok as its super easy on the Eli for harmonics. But I will play around and ...

guitar setup for pinch harmonics

Does guitar setup alter how well you can bring out pinch harmonics with your playing? I have an epi es333 Tom delonge with a dirty fingers pickup and I use 11 gauge strings and they pop out everywhere. Recently got a Kramer baretta 1984 reissue and I just can't get them to come out. Occasionally yes...

Re: Ever HAVE to sell your gear?

Wasted a tone of money buying and selling in the last 5 years. Now have 1 electric and 1acoustic and amp and cab. Would probably have 50+ guitars by now but some were worth it. Some I regretted. Put money towards a house deposit from selling my gibson lp bfg and my charvel san dimas and now have a f...

Re: anyone tried the new Gibson melody makers?

Selling the SG to pay off my holiday which is booked. I can't bond with the SG shape either. The body Cut is in the wrong place and it sits funny which I just can't get use to. Otherwise I like the guitar but if it doesn't feel comfortable there isn't a point in playing it. From looking at it the me...

Re: anyone tried the new Gibson melody makers?

Got about 5 to 6 weeks to sell my Gibson SG which will pay off my holiday Im going on in a couple of weeks then I will be going to a couple of stores to play them. Also with Gibson there neck an...

anyone tried the new Gibson melody makers?

Been gasing for one of the new melody makers Gibson brought out this year and boy did I make a mistake selling my p90 loaded guitar! Selling my Gibson SG special with humbuckers now as p90s really are the best sound ever! This looks to be a great guitar spec wise and a good price at about £500 Spec ...

Re: HNGD and question about pickups

Thanks for the reply. When I say nasally I mean very mid rich, it has good low end and tones of highs to but I feel like the mid is to strong. I have no mid control on my jmp1 amp and its a very mid heavy amp. maybe nasally was the wrong word. Actually nasally hgets used with association of wah peda...

Yeah I like high output. That's prob all it is.
I might check them later if I get time. Didn't really think about doing that.
