Yes no problems, just run each cab from a 8 ohm output from your orange amp.

Re: Upgrading from RV50 MkI
The effects loops in orange amp are now excellent and have been for a number of years so no issues there but which amp to choose is more difficult if your still really liking the tone of your Rvmki but want something smaller. Yes you could buy a Terror type amp based on the RV but imo there is a tra...

Re: impedance question
My thoughts will be to get a second hand orange open back 212 cab and sell the 112- they are much better cabs for playing live especially outdoors and you could mix your speakers types if you wish.

Re: Which Orange Amp?
As long as its in good working order and they are very robust just buy it and try... It's a brilliant amp and has got a beast of a dirty channel, sounds great it's a little less polite than the ad30 (in a good way) , a bit more punky sounding (think 'pretty vacant ' and tone wise your close) but sti...

Re: Rocker 30 gain/tube question
Made the tube swap last night. There's definitely a difference. I can see how someone could like the 12AT7 in there, but I prefer the grit/gain as intended with ECC83. I would also probably prefer EL34L as well. Now I just need to figure out if I prefer this or the AD30HTC. Yep that's a tough decis...

Re: AD15 - Speaker change?
Yep just go for it it's part of the fun of playing guitar.
Just don't buy new and then compare it to what you already have in presumably a broken in speaker....the new one will sound harsh and sterile.
Buy used then if you don't like it sell it for the same price.

Re: Which Orange Amp?
Based on what I'm reading the only orange head I'd recommend is the AD30. You have the versatility in that amp to have a clean and drive channel, or two drive channels, or two clean channels. That is what I love about the head. It is loud enough to be the loudest thing in the band and is voiced wit...

Re: Rocker 30 gain/tube question
Could be changing to new ecc83s will help as long as you know it's a classic rock amp not a high gain one.

Re: Which Orange Amp?
Thanks, how well does the AD30 cut it a band mix? I’ve had some amps that get bit lost when played with live (despite playing with the eq mix ) Does it take boost pedals well for leads? Basically new project is a 1 guitar band (me) doing both rhythm and lead as required so what to be able to use th...

Re: Which Orange Amp?
Ad30 TC is more classic voiced and has valve rectifier which is more classic sounding. Rockerverb is versatile but voiced with more gain although can doclassic stuff easily enough. Ad30 has 2 independent channels each can be set clean or dirty of anywhere in-between so very versatile. I've not playe...

Re: Which Orange Amp?
Hi , effects loop required or not ? The majority of orange Amps will cover this no problem you just need to decide on features , head / combo and budget. Consider Rockerverb - although mk ii is not good with pedals, not sure on mk iii, voiced more modern than classic but can cover most bases. Ad30 h...

Orange web site states they use Ad30htc ..so maybe it's just the cab I'm seeing.
