Here's a better comparison with full chassis shots. "Cecelia" vs. "Roxanne". Note that "Cecelia" looks like "Sally" and "Angie" but much different than "Roxanne".

I meant "sound" a little different. Don't quote me on that though. I remember they were all supposed to sound a little different. Just surprised at how different the chassis is for "Roxanne". The law in the UK is different to the US. Even though it went uninsured, I believe they are still responsible for it - here, they have shown gross negligence for a client's possession in their care. Regardless of insurance, any box with obvious damage should be refused and sent back.
