Re: ROXANNE!

Here's "Katherine" with the same build as "Sally", Daisy", and "Ceceilia".
"Roxanne" seems to be the oddball of the bunch.

Well if the thinking is that its a fake, I would doubt that for various reasons. It’s also painted inside that it’s a “one off”.
Looks legit for sure. Maybe just that Ade had a spare chassis lying around and decided to fit something in it.

Re: ROXANNE!

Here's a better comparison with full chassis shots. "Cecelia" vs. "Roxanne". Note that "Cecelia" looks like "Sally" and "Angie" but much different than "Roxanne".

Re: ROXANNE!

I meant "sound" a little different. Don't quote me on that though. I remember they were all supposed to sound a little different. Just surprised at how different the chassis is for "Roxanne". Too bad the pics of "Angie" and "Sally" don't show the entire chassis but you can tell even the tube locati...

It's a different construction technique, but familiar components and wiring. I think I recall reading they were all meant to be a little different.
"Sally" and "Angie" look a little different. "Roxanne" looks a lot different.

Re: courier services

The law in the UK is different to the US. Even though it went uninsured, I believe they are still responsible for it - here, they have shown gross negligence for a client's possession in their care. Not surprising that the law is different. Surprised though that the shipper would be responsible it ...

Re: courier services

Regardless of insurance, any box with obvious damage should be refused and sent back. According to the USPS, among other situations, if it's insured you can't refuse and have it sent back without paying return shipping: "The following may not be refused and returned postage-free after delivery: a. ...
