Just to add my two cents... I use the Suhr Reactive Load to proper load the tube amps, and use an IR (Ownhammers are amazing) with the Wall of Sounds Torpedo Plugin.
Very nice results.

OR100
Friedman Small Box
Friedman BE100
Matchless Clubman 35
Kemper and Fractal Axefx II (just to see what all the hype is all about - figure all the knobs would drive me crazy though).

Re: Just sold my CR120 combo...
Yeah, too bad. I realized that I was unable to cover all genres/songs with just one Orange on stage and bringing more than one and/or the Vox AC30 isn't realistic. So I went for the POD. It does everything good but nothing fantastic though a fair compromize for sure. Maybe a Kemper Profiling amp in...

Damn you've got me looking up smaller pedal boards now  How do you rate that sweet honey overdrive? Yeah, love the simplicity and how light this turnes out! I love the sweet honey overdrive. Great low/mid gain OD pedal. Very dinamyc and responsive to the right hand. I am using it as a boost, k...

New pedalboard day! Got me a Pedaltrain Mini used for a good price (in Brazil terms, anyway). http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i121/enricoromanielo/IMG_4660_zpsuv4xaiap.jpg Downsizing from my PT2, think it's going to make it easier to carry an amp to the rehearsal studio (sick of using their Mesa B...

Re: OR100 pics
Nice! Congrats!!
Been gasing for an OR100 myself... I put my Les Paul Standard to sale in order to fund a new amp purchase, and the OR100 is among the top options I am considering.
I´ve heard, however, that it is insanely heavy. Is it really? Do you plan on carrying it around to practice?
Cheers

Just did a couple of quick recordings using a Fargen Mini Plex mkII and the Reactive Load. So good to do this silently!

The Mad Professor Sweet Honey Overdrive sounds really good with both my Rocker 30 and Fargen. Never tried it with an AD 30 though.

Re: Powering Strymon Mobius
I can't just plug the strymon power supply into the AC outlet of the PP2+ fpr two reasons... 1: I'm in europe where there's another outlet for a euro extension cable. 2: It's mouted under my Pedaltrain so it wouldn't fit anyway... I'm gonna get me a current doubler cable.... See if it works out. I ...

Re: Powering Strymon Mobius
I use the Strymon Power Supply, included with the pedal. I just connect it (along with a TC Helicon Voice Play) to the AC auxiliary of the Voodoo Lab, with no issues.

Re: NAD soon, TH30
I used to love OD's and then I bought my first Orange... In general Orange amps aren't nice with overdrive pedals though there're exceptions, especially with the amp's clean channels. However a good clean boost is preferable over a classic OD IMO. I really haven't used OD's since the 80's! When Mar...

Re: NLBGD
Awesome! I have been looking for a box like that...was checking out the Two Notes stuff. What made you go Suhr? Ironically I have been eyeing up the JA90 as well! Hmmm I might have to jump now... I found that the Two Notes Torpedo Live was way too expensive. Both do a great job loading the amp (bot...
