First gig in soooooo many years
Hey guys! So, this weekeng I played my first gig since I was 17 (11 years ago). First opportunity to use the Rocker 30 with a PPC212OB live! We played for about 70 people in a party, and we were the last band. First bands played classic rock, grunge and Brazilian rock. This was our setlist: 1) Jumpi...

They are really good! The guitar player uses a Thunderverb 200, right? The tone is amazing! Don´t think they are coming to Brazil any time soon, though...

Re: Anyone else (band problems)
I honestly think you have to become best-friends with the people before getting into playing music. Being in a band is like a dating relationship. Got to be friends first. My recent band just separated because after a full length album, a small series of shows... the singer told everyone that he wa...

Re: Anyone use a GoPro camera?
Nice present!! As for the GoPro, the former rythim guitarrist in my band used to take his to record some sessions. I believe he ownded the GoPro 2. The quality was very good! I think you should go for it! I believe the main difference between the models if the quality of the image when you record wh...

Re: The CR20LDX
First, that's not a kill switch. There was a volume knob there and it got in my way. :) So I took out the tone and moved the volume control. The rest is standard stuff. That's a beautiful L P you have by the way. And I play mostly classic Rock and oldies with a little Country thrown in. Stuff by St...

Re: Time to retube Rocker
When bringing the spare tubes, you get them biased before going to the gigs? Is it possible to do this? Sorry if this is so basic, but I usually only play home, and whenever I need to replace the tubes, I take them to a tech...

Thanks for the advice! I better not mess around with the valves then, since they seem to be working just fine.

Just when I think all gassing has subsided, I come on this board and fight the impulse to go to an Internet dealer and buy more gear  Tell me about it... I am gassing hard for the OR15 or the Marshall SL5... Owned a marshall SL5 for 2 days and I took it back, IMO go the OR15 because it kills i...
