having trouble finidng this mag - will keep hunting. my concern with the wood cabinet would be the fact that i'd be pretty worried about it - i'm sure it would ding up easily. if the amp was just going to live in a studio it wouldn't be such a big deal. i'm not sure about the sound implications of a...

Hi There I remember seeing this amp in a feature in Guitarist magazine or something about a year ago. I'd be to scared to touch it. It looked amazing. In a quick search on the net the only mention I could find of it was 'AD30 TC Ltd. Edition in Mahogany £1,299' at http://www.peachideas.com/acatal...

hi guys recently my band has been reduced to a 3 piece. i am basically happy with the sound i get from my ad30 but now that all the guitar playing rests with me i am thinking of ways to create a bigger sound. i have thought about getting another amp and setting it up in stereo with my ad30. i do hav...

that special edition of which you speak was featured in Guitarist magazine lasy year. it had a hardwoood cabinet with a great polished finish. it looked beautiful but i wouldn't fancy sticking it in the back of the van and travelling around the country.

i kind of agree too. i have an ad30r combo and while i'd say it is loudish its not crazy loud. in small/medium sized gigs i play it with gain and master on about half way. i get the sound i like at a reasonable volume. the other day i played in a bigger venue and so had it cranked nearly on full. it...

i'd try and get an ad30 if i was you. getting an orange cab isn't getting you the orange sound. i guess it would be ok if you got the cab and then got a ad30 head later though.

hi there

just an idea but maybe the visual sounds h20 - delay and chorus in one pedal - would do the trick. i haven't used this pedal but some people really like it - say its nice and warm etc. i've had good experiences with other visual sounds pedals too.

well - i finally got the new guitar. i ended up picking up a 2000 model US standard tele (sunburst). i picked it up for a steal and its immaculate. it still had the transparent plastic film on the scratchplate for crying out loud!!! anyway, i can heartily say that the tele / orange combination is a ...
