Sounds like you have a microphonic valve.
Try and replace the fx loop one and hopefully you'll be sorted!

Re: Considering building my own true-bypass loop switcher
You're proposing to build something that isn't a straightforward build. Have you ever built an fx at all? There are many opportunities to mess up a complicated wiring build, making debugging a potential nightmare. I don't want to discourage you, but I'd recommend you'd start with a simple fx build. ...

Re: Tubes !!
Its just the way it is. JJ in Slovakia sorted me out directly. They were very nice about it too so id recommend for anyone in the EU. I used to use Watford valves in the UK all the time but Brexit has made that just silly expensive so thats the end of that. Thanks for all the info fellas....Much ap...

Sef is such an interesting player!!! I'll have to check his new band, I remember his previous one being really disappointing for such a talented player.

Re: Tap tap tap... this thing on?
I just had a hip replacement in August so getting back in the swing of things. Taking the month of September off from work to recover but I'm getting around OK now 5 weeks out, and had a gig last night! Glad you're doing better. Most people I know who had this type of procedure are much better shor...

Re: Tap tap tap... this thing on?
So, the guitar is pretty cool. Not full sounding like any of my Gibsons, but.... it really cut through the mix at rehearsal and the subsequent gig we had! So there's that. Plus Syl approves - he learned to say "Git-tar" https://scontent-bos5-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/293705384_10160078357630351_...

I really like my g&l asat special tribute. G&L have made some great gear and some innovative designs along the way, like the saddle lock bridge or their MFD pick ups.

Re: Delay Roundup
Do you know if it can be programmed externally? I.e. create an upload file with fx settings And import it into the G System via usb port? There is software that allows you to connect a laptop to the G-System and edit patches. I have to say, the G-System is not super intuitive when it comes to adjus...

This always happens when I drink wine and look at pedals after reading a thread like this, https://i.imgur.com/NhS04Hi_d.webp?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium The shiny!!! Nice purchase! They make really good pedals! It sounds incredible! Very good fidelity and lots of features too! The “ou...

Re: AD30 pre-amp tubes
I personally will steer clear from the JJ ECC83s. I find it disappointing and bland. It just lacks top end, lacks bass, though it has usually very low microphony. The Harma valves are good. They will be a variation of new sensor/Russian valves (electro harmonix, sovtek...),but will have been tested ...
